Young CEDA would like to invite you to join their next event on Tuesday 17th October, to be held at Royal IHC's facilities in Kinderdijk.

The Royal IHC Vessel familiarisation event will take you on a tour of the Beagle4 (TSHD), currently docked at Kinderdijk, and give you the chance to get "hands on" experience in their TSHD simulator.

For the tour of the Beagle 4, you will need to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) consisting of safety shoes, helmet, high visibility vest/jacket and safety glasses.

We urge you to bring your own PPE equipment, however, these items will also be available at IHC. If you need to use IHC safety shoes, then please indicate your shoe size in the REMARKS field when completing the registration form.

The day will be split into 2 sessions, so when you register, please ensure you specify in the REMARKS field which session you would like to join. If you do not have a preference, then please add the word BOTH. Please also add your mobile number and any special dietary needs you may have. 

Session 1: welcome 08:30 - departure 13:00
Session 2: welcome 11:30 - departure 16:00

Each session will start with a welcome coffee/tea in the main office building, followed by the tour and simulator experience. Lunch will be served from 12:00-13:00, allowing participants from both sessions the chance to meet and network.

The numbers are limited to 24 in total (4x 6 per group) so early registration via the "sign up button" under INFORMATION is recommended. The deadline for registration is 12 October 2023.

One week before the event you will receive an email confirming your session time and group number, plus any special logistics.
