Register now for the CEDA Iberian Conference

Registrations are now open for CEDA’s next main event which will address key topics relevant to the success of port dredging and sediment management projects, with a focus on the Iberian Peninsula. Taking place from 27-28th October, the event has been organised in collaboration with the Portuguese Engineers Association (OE), and will be hosted at their premises in Lisbon, Portugal.

Update on the latest thinking

With a high-quality curated programme, presentations will reflect current thinking on the meaning of sustainability in this particular context. The stimulating technical programme will include: 16 technical presentations and 3 fast-paced pitch talks organised by Young CEDA.

Further highlights include

  • A technical visit to a project south of the Tagus estuary ebb delta
  • A new photography competition
  • A conference dinner and networking events 

Conference Chair, Stefan Aarninkhof, Professor of Coastal Engineering at Delft University of Technology, the Netherlands, said “The conference offers an excellent opportunity to share state-of-the-art insights, on sustainable development of marine infrastructure, in the real-world context of Iberian projects”.
