CEDA Board of Directors
CEDA is governed by the Board of Directors, a diverse body of elected and appointed volunteer members. It is supported by permanent commissions that have specific tasks, guiding, overseeing and/or undertaking delegated areas of work. The Board of Directors appoints the General Manager who reports to the Board along with the Chair of each commission.
The CEDA Board is responsible for carrying out the objectives of the Association as laid down in the Articles of Association. It has overall responsibility for the corporate governance of the Association, including its strategic direction and policies, and financial responsibility for all assets. The Association’s President, two Vice-Presidents, and the Secretary/Treasurer serve as officers of the Association.
