Young CEDA event 1 May: Simulator & Dredging Case
On behalf of Boskalis, Young CEDA invites you to get some hands-on dredging experience! In the simulator, you will be able to test your operator skills on some of the largest dredgers in the world.
This visit will give you a unique opportunity to have a peek into the world of dredging while meeting other young professionals in the industry!
The programme will consist of two parts. You will work on a case study and put your experience and knowledge to the test in the dredging simulator. During the case study, you will learn the basics of production estimating. Afterwards, you can compare your estimate to your results of the simulator and find out why there is a difference.

Travel advice
The best way to reach the Boskalis office is by car. For those traveling by train, the station 'Sliedrecht Baanhoek' is a 20-minute walk. For those who want to carpool, please notify us so that we can try to arrange that for you.
