Governance
CEDA is governed by the Board of Directors, a diverse body of elected and appointed volunteer members. It is supported by voluntary-based permanent commissions and committees that have specific tasks, guiding, overseeing and/or undertaking delegated areas of work. The Board of Directors appoints the General Manager who reports to the Board along with the Chair of each commission.
