CEDA Working Group on Effective Contract Type Selection
The Working Group is set up as part of the Dredging Management Commission (DMC). The WG had their first meeting on 18 January 2018.
- They will produce a guidance paper on contracting and procurement methods. The aim of the paper is to both raise awareness of the related factors within the industry and also to provide informative guidance which can be used and referenced by parties when procuring works and entering into contracts.
