Rebalancing north-south economic prosperity and attracting investment into Northern cities and towns is the headline objective of The Northern Powerhouse. Bordered by Liverpool and Manchester to the west and Newcastle and the Humber to the east, the northern ports and waterways have a major role to play in delivering these economic objectives.
CEDA UK’s technical seminar brings together the key maritime players in the Northern Powerhouse to showcase the importance of ports and inland waterways to economic growth and the future prosperity of the area.
