CEDA-UK: Dredging for Sustainable Infra Structure: Official U Book Launch

This is an ARCHIVED EVENT

CEDA Members can download the presentations here, you need to SIGN IN first

The latest collaboration between the CEDA and IADC, Dredging for Sustainable Infrastructure is an authoritative guide on delivering dredging projects that fulfil their primary functional requirements while also addressing natural and socioeconomic systems. The publication promotes the message that through a thorough understanding of these systems and with proactive engagement of stakeholders throughout a project’s phases, a value-added project can be successfully achieved. Project owners, regulators, consultants, designers and contractors looking for an up-to-date reference of solutions with triple wins for people, planet and profit should find the guidebook to be an essential tool.

This CEDA event represents the official launch of the book in the UK and includes presentations from Chapter authors as well as those from the dredging industry.  It provides an excellent opportunity to meet the authors and network and meet those involved with CEDA in the UK.  It is a free event and open to all (non-CEDA members welcomed) and is aimed at anyone working or studying in a related field.

A further announcement will be issued shortly, providing details of the speakers and a summary of their talks.

Chaired by Jamie Gardiner from Royal HaskoningDHV, Chair of CEDA UK
