According to the official rotation schedule, the following members of the Board are due to retire in 2025:
Claudia Flecken, Hamburg Port Authority, Germany
Daan Rijks, Boskalis, the Netherlands
Rogier Kalis, Royal IHC, the Netherlands
Mark Lee, HR Wallingford, United Kingdom

Claudia has decided to step down but the other three have accepted nomination by the Board for another term.

The board would also like to nominate the following new board members:
Wouter de Hamer, Royal HaskoningDHV, the Netherlands replacing George Peters from the same organisation.
Hubert Louys, Dragages Ports, France, replacing Aymeric Hamon from DEME.
Rudy Helmons, Delft University of Technology replacing Cees van Rhee.
