CEDA Workshop Rouen

The Central Dredging Association (CEDA), in cooperation with HAROPA PORT, are organising a one day event in Rouan, France on Thursday, 18 November 2026, dedicated to the complexities of dredging projects.

This will be the first event of its kind in France instigated by CEDA, with a central theme focused on finding the balance between the many-and often conflicting-interests and requirements that dredging projects must address. Involving numerous stakeholders, these projects face a broad spectrum of expectations, priorities, and constraints.

The goal of the event is to raise awareness among professionals involved in dredging about the diverse perspectives at play, and to encourage an open-minded, collaborative approach to navigating them- both now and in the future.

Specific topics that will be covered include the permitting process and the re-use of dredged material.
