CEDA-UK announces the winner of the Outstanding Contribution Award 2026
We are pleased to announce that this year’s CEDA-UK award for outstanding contribution to the UK's dredging industry 2026 goes to Will Shields!
Will Shields (DEME Group)
We would like to congratulate Will on receiving this prestigious award and thank him for his dedication and hard work throughout his career and especially for his contribution to CEDA, as an active member of both the UK Section Committee and CEDA's Board of Directors. He has genuinely made an outstanding contribution to our work as well as to the UK’s dredging industry.

The award will be presented in person at CEDA-UK's half day seminar "Another Year of Dredging", being held at the ICE office in London, on Thursday 3rd December, starting at 14:00 hours. Annual networking reception with drinks and canapés will follow the presentations at 17:20-20:00.
