Abstract
The Hai Long Offshore Wind Project in the Taiwan Strait serves as a case study showing how trial-based planning, sand wave mobility forecasting, offshore-adapted Trailing Suction Hopper Dredgers and optimized crew readiness enable highly accurate seabed preparation in exposed offshore conditions.
