CEDA Working Group on Early Contractor Involvement in Dredging and Offshore Projects
CEDA's Dredging Management Commission is seeking suitable experts to join their new Working Group on Early Contractor Involvement, which is being established in an effort to better understand and manage project risk, ensure more secure project outturn costs, reduce project costs, increase delivery efficiency, better program delivery and engage best practice and innovation, parties are turning to, amongst other mechanisms, Early Contractor Involvement (“ECI”) procurement models.

Interested CEDA members are kindly requested to notify Mieke van Loenen (miekevanloenen@dredging.org), by 16 September 2022. Please provide a brief curriculum vitae along with a brief description of relevant experience.
[Please note: the costs incurred in taking part in the Working Group will have to be borne by the participating Member’s company/organisation, and this should be taken into consideration when expressing interest.]
